Instead, you need to keep things interesting with the likes of competitions, infographics, and original content. Think about what you would want to see from a social media account that you were following. You wouldn’t want to see message after message that simply said “buy now” on it, would you?

Don’t be afraid to have a personality

There is nothing wrong with having a personality. Some of the best branded social media accounts are those that inject humor and fun into the mix! This is a great way to capture attention and to gain more followers in the process. Of course, you do need to be mindful of the way you handle this. The last thing you want to do is end up offending people with the jokes that you post on your account. There have been numerous examples of where social media humor has fallen flat.
